How to use tulle netting to hem a skirt
Lay a piece of tulle on top of your skirt. Pin along hemline. Sew in place. Trim netting
along hemline only.

Turn and flip tulle to the wrong side. Press hemline in place
Baste along all raw edges and trim off excess tulle. Press.
How to use tulle netting to finish a raw edge or use as a facing
Cut a piece of tulle netting 1/2 inch by the width of the raw edge you want to finish. Sew it along the edge.
This should be a narrow seam.
Turn the tulle netting to the wrong side encasing the raw edge and zigzag in place. Press.
You can fold the encased edge to the wrong side and use it as a facing. Machine or hand stitch into place.
